Knoxville Ice Bears vs. Richmond Renegades at Richmond Coliseum, Feb. 13, 2009. Justin Joy scored his second goal of the night, a shorthanded goal with less than 2 minutes remaining in regulation to force OT, and Geoff Rollins scored the game-winning goal in the shootout to give Richmond a 4-3 win. Matt Larke also scored for Richmond, and Ryan Scott had 26 saves. Richmond won 9-7, with goaltender Mike Ronan winning in his first game in a Renegades uniform. Dan Vandermeer and Beau McLaughlin both scored two goals and had an assist, while Trevor Karasiewicz had one goal and four assists. Other goal scorers for Richmond were Justin Joy, Dennis Sicard, Matt Larke and Geoff Rollins.
