Kyu Kim scored his first goal in North America, and Beau McLaughlin and Dan Vandermeer each chipped in another goal. Ryan Scott had 34 saves between the pipes for Richmond. Justin Joy scored his second goal of the night, a shorthanded goal with less than 2 minutes remaining in regulation to force OT, and Geoff Rollins scored the game-winning goal in the shootout to give Richmond a 4-3 win.
